To submit an invoice, please go to the "wallet" tab of your GoFetch Health's account and click "submit". You'll then be able to submit your receipt. Our team reviews all receipts within 48 hours after submission.

  • If your clinic is part of our network, Your rewards will be automatically added to your GoFetch wallet within 48 hours of your visit.

In-network clinics have a valid partnership with GoFetch. We provide them with more support and they provide you with additional opportunities for rewards.

If you are missing a reward or one of your visits is not showing and it has been longer than 48hrs, please reach out to our support team and we can investigate it further.

  • If your clinic is not part of our network, you'll have to upload a copy of your invoice in order to earn rewards.
