You can switch your primary clinic at any time but please note that members can only earn and spend their rewards at one clinic. This will be the clinic linked to your account and the one you selected at sign-up.

Members are able to spend their rewards on any purchase at the primary clinic.

The rewards do not expire and can be earned/spent on any of your pet's care.

If you wish to change your primary clinic, you can do so but you will lose all the rewards associated with your account. Rewards are directly provided by clinic partners which is why they are linked to a specific practice.
